Standard models have a motor enclosed in a protective plastic housing, whereas the HD models include a wider diameter motor with a powder coated steel shell, cast aluminum end bells, and lower housing to improve pressure capability and life. All models include an integrated pressure switch, vibration dampening rubber mounting feet, and quick connect ports. A built in bypass valve helps to reduce unwanted pump cycling and noise. All models other than the 1 GPM come with an inlet strainer included as well.
